Our esteemed client, located in Indonesia (Jakarta) , is currently seeking for:-
REGIONAL OPERATIONAL MANAGER (Indonesia-Jakarta)
Requirement
* Min Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
* More than 8 years of Extensive Project/Property Management background with strong financial skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
* Strong Management and Organizational capabilities
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare monthly status reports covering operational activities and related costs; spend vs. budget, service levels, key performance indicators and customer satisfaction issues. Hold monthly performance review meetings with client.
* Analyze cost performance data and maintenance practices in order to reduce maintenance expenses and Improve overall service levels.
* Prepare capital and expense budgets for maintenance, repair and replacement activities to be carried out at the service stations.
* Review on a monthly basis actual costs vs. budgeted costs to determine reason for significant variations.
* Hold regular operational review meetings with field staff to ensure activities carried out at property level are in line with overall safety, operational and financial goals.
* Arrange for training for Service Providers to promote compliance to standards and the client’s defined safety, health and environmental standards to ensure all operations are carried out within the framework of the client’.
* Conduct regular contractor performance reviews covering work quality, costs performance metrics and customers satisfaction issues.
* Conduct at least 3 visits at retail sites located throughout the country and one of which should be an audit on performance by the sub-contractor and the appearance standard of the retail sites.
* Carry out quarterly reviews to ensure compliance and guidelines.
* Carry out annual internal audit.
